Boston's problem with this show is that, in the words of Emerson, "if you're going to shoot at a king, you must kill him."

And this simply isn't killing '89 Garfield's version of the Les Miz material.

Maybe Boston is actually dooing some of Bostons previous Les Mis show? Garfield wasn't the only other corps to do music from Les Mis. Boston did it the year before Garfield.

yeah, but cadets' version is the "iconic" one...

this just didn't do it. felt like rewarmed 89, with less sophisticated drill

Besides, BAC's show is entitled "REVOLUTION", not "89 Garfield".

Boston first played this in 88, fyi.

Iconic? Really? I must have forgotten that show. I have a stronger memory for west side Story, Appalachian spring, Candide and a few others before I get to their Les Mis.
