I know BAC did it in 2011 but I just didn't like their arrangement. Is SCV can pull something like this off, bringing back the theatrics like we saw in 1989, I would simply (figuratively) die in happiness! I just saw the live musical at the Orpheum Theatre in San Francisco and absolutely LOVED IT! Cried the whole way. I mean, think about the possibilities! [...] Sorry for going on about this but this was a totally vivid dream I had last night LOL. mckdan Posted June 18, 2013 Share Posted June 18, 2013 (edited) My prediction is that BD, Carolina Crown and SCV will duke it out the entire season for the top spot! 4 - 9 will be a crapshoot with the usual players! 10 - 12 will be a battle royale with the shocking reemergence of a very strong Troopers. I predict a 10th place for Troop because of finally having a full corps and a move back to their traditions and one of the most popular shows on the field this year! Remember, I said this first! That said, I LOVE the "counting" bits... just not so much on the poem. I also predict that this year is going to be a LOT of fun, with a LOT of really good, good shows up and down the top 25. No Corps in DCI History ( 40 years and counting ) has gone from 6th place to first place in one year. This sure would shake things up to see lots of placement shifts such as this occur. Madison Scouts went from 6th to 1st from 1987 to 1988.
