msumello
It seems Crown needs to work with their percussion a bit more....percussion came in third tonight at Omaha Nebraska....or maybe it was just an off night

I'll be worried about Crowns percussion if they come in lower than 5th in Minneapolis, they've shown they're competitive this year.

I'd be interested to see the last time a champion was crowned with a caption lower than 4th. Not saying it hasn't happened or couldn't happen. But you add Cadets, Bluecoats and even Regiment to the mix, and one could argue 5th as a blessing for Crown's percussion this year. Very competitive year. DCImonkey
As long as Crown can stay within 0.5 of BD and Cadets in percussion, they'll be just fine. Remember, Percussion gets divided by 2 so it's only half as bad as it looks

Well BD got 4th in Percussion in 2010 and still won by over a point... They actually could have finished in 12th in Percussion and STILL win that year. If Crown stays competitive (within a point of the leader) in percussion, they'll be in good shape
pistolpete
On June 30th Crown beat BD in percussion. They are a young but very talented line who should remain very competitive the rest of the year.
LaSqueegee
Cavies went undefeated in 2002, scored a 99.15 and took 3rd in drums....it can happen.
