Ghost
I think the real excitement will be found in the evolution of the design.
emc2
Chad Pence is amazing. Just sayin'. There are people that played in Blast which are helping out as well.
emc2
It's a beast of a show, and seems more difficult than some cleaner shows holding (quite reasonably) higher scores currently. (Terrible sound recording for that performance. Lots of wind in the microphone, and late in Boston's show, someone else's pit rehearsing.) IMO. As long as the equipment sounds good it add's to the show. When it dose not, it takes away from the show, and should be mark accordingly. Voice adds are ok if they are not over done. Over the past few years large props and over done voice add's were mark down.
DCIroxx
Long break this week - more big changes installed. Tonight & tomorrow should bring a good buzz to this thread. Just hope it's not too dirty...

Kids and staff have been working hard. Boston strong.
Tim K
You may want to take a peak at BAC's Facebook page for a few clues about what will happen tonight or tomorrow! If you're wondering, they are practicing in shorts with the gray jackets, but you can see a hint of red.

DrumManTx
I just saw a picture from the La Crosse show, from the closer. Not posting it because it's a friends, but lets just say the closer surprise is in.
fsubone
If you look real close at the jackets in the rehearsal picture, there is some interesting hints of color poking out of sleeves and collars
nysader
I personally was pleased with tonight's score considering all the changes the corps has made. Conceptually, this show was written, IMHO, to grow as the year goes on. The talent level in Boston is the best in a few years, unfortunately for the members, the staff expects them to absorb ongoing musical and design changes to the show. So far, these kids have not disappointed. They will RISE as the year goes on. They will peak in Indy, as they have the past few years. Between Madison, Cavies and Boston, will be a crapshoot come Finals!!! Edited July 13, 2013 by nysader
