thewsquared
Moonlight Classic Sacramento, CA June 23, 2013 World Class 1) 76.90 - Blue Devils 2) 76.50 - Carolina Crown 3) 73.55 - Santa Clara Vanguard 4) 69.60 - Blue Knights 5) 63.65 - Pacific Crest 6) 61.25 - Mandarins Open Class 1) 64.30 - Blue Devils B 2) 64.10 - Vanguard Cadets 3) 47.55 - Blue Devils C It's great to see Crown coming back from last night with a vengeance. That gap is a lot closer than it was last nigbt and I expect it to only grow smaller and smaller. I really think this is their year and that they will push all the way finally. It's going to be a battle of epic proportions on the same level of 2008 imo
DCImonkey
So they flip flopped GE Captions Hmm Interesting season unfolding
bgg80
BD 1st in overall GE, overall Visual and overall Music. Biggest sub-caption gap between the two is percussion. BD's content/repertoire generally a good deal higher than execution. Only CC content/repertoire scores higher than BD were GE Visual and brass (.1 each). With this panel at least, judges seeing a bigger potential show for BD

DrumManTx
The recap honestly makes sense to me tonight, Crown over BD in vis. Analysis makes sense, and Crown kinda behind in percussion does as well. Gonna be an interesting season!
fsubone
Good to see that things are so competitive. Things are really close in percussion, SCV just .1 ahead of BD. Looks like that will be an interesting season for drummers. The GE split is also pretty cool, means that different judges are finding other things to like about these shows. Tomorrow night might provide an even different result than tonight. That will make this season one to really watch, especially once the Midwest and East corps get into the mix in Minneapolis. Good luck to everyone!
