I actually asked Boo in the chat session, if there was some sort of tabulation error. I can't comprehend it. If they had a stick drop in the snare line, then surely their percussion score dropped. If that is the case, how could they have possibly made up that many points in the other captions? And how could they have gone up on BD by .625? How? It makes no sense. I really want to see the caption from tonight, to see how this could have happened. It is a giant mystery, practically impossible. Sideways Posted August 10, 2013 Share Posted August 10, 2013 That was a broadcast issue, not something the corps was doing. There were lots of issues with amplified sound spiking up and down at places where I know it doesn't actually do that in the show. And the mics were right in front of the speakers. Probably some dial-twiddling by the broadcast people. I could see that being the case since the brass are not there to overwhelm the mics so the vocals are suddenly spiking through.
