N.E. Brigand
You've made this point numerous times. It's a more serious show- it's not a baby-throwing, leap out of your seat, company-front-a-minute type program. I think that's a good point. I remember people applauding at the end of Steven Spielberg's Raiders of the Lost Ark but not at the end of Spielberg's Schindler's List. But many people feel the latter is at least as good as the former.

sobe
George Hopkins July 24 via OS X · EditedSponsored hey there … So; what happens when you have a big show change and you show up 4 hours late due to breakdowns?Well, not being all that religious, I would say that there is still a bit of a sign here — we were NOT to do the change. We did pull out some of the tarps ( the angle is not good here) … we did learn the new music, the new drill was written, but of necessity we will be performing Friday, Saturday and Sunday with the show we have come to enjoy and love. Monday through Wednesday, we are in Hempfield, PA and we will be working day and night to add yet more emotion, and more excitement to this year’s program. The unveiling — West Chester, PA — where it will be hard to see all The second viewing .. RUTGERS AND THE TOC — where you can see it all !!! and finally — Allentown … where you will again be able to enjoy the final ( well almost final rendition of the Cadets)Funny, I was at first bummed that we would not be able to make the change. In fact, we were all moving like we WOULD make the change. BUT then … reality struck .Trucks and buses that breakdown do not care about our schedule. They have their own plans. And like I teach our kids … it’s not what happens in life … it’s how we react. And in this instance, the reaction is .. SLOW DOWN. GET IT RIGHT. And be ready!!!And in the meantime .. let’s get out there and play and march the living heck out of this grand program.Happy weekend all!!! and thanks to all for a magical 2014 !!!!! Perhaps that gap will close even more than it did tonight over the next week..
jjeffeory
So top 12 corps are within striking distance of one place above or below. top 2 are within striking distance of one another. I dunno, looks like almost everybody isn't too far ahead of the next corps above them EXCEPT for MAYBE Blue Devils. Strange.
