There *was* some early season hype but it evaporated pretty quickly. As for this season, I'm definitely in a wait-and-see mode. I'm *hoping* that T2 is finally the right combination but it will have to survive the first big show-down (which would be July 11-12-13 regional-toc-toc). Certainly hearing good things from camps though. Though not by any means a Crown fan, I hope that you're right. While I certainly have my personal favorites, nothing is more gratifying that to see every Corps exceed its expectations for the season. That being said -- I don't recall reading many camp descriptions in the past which amounted to "Man...we suck" or "Man...it's going to be a long, long summer." Positives are always accentuated...and negatives, while maybe internally considered, are rarely expressed. It's just like any competition/league; before the first game is played, every team (yes, even those loveable Cubbies) has an equal chance of finishing the year as champion. However, my sincerest best wishes go to your Crown Corps...it's a heckuva group. I just hope and pray for a great 2015 season for all involved. Since 2009 there are a whole series of posters who routinely put Crown 6th or 7th every year. But I will post prior to the first show, so everyone can come back in August and praise/ridicule me for my clairvoyance/stupidity, as the case may be.
