mfrontz Posted September 21, 2015 Share Posted September 21, 2015 It'd be amazing of The Cadets played Henry Purcell's "Britten variations and Fugue". The first 20 seconds would be a nice full opening statement. And the last 2 minutes would also be a nice area to take music from. Purcell's 'Britten Variations' sounds like quite a time warp. I've had enough of rehashes like 20 years ago. This coming from someone who marched in a year where one of our pieces was rehashed. Rumors abound that this is the effect Hopkins and team are working on for 2016; details to follow.
