Pes49
Ok The Ruffatti is so large it has two antiphonal organs aside from the main And thankfully, when the Catholic Church bought the CC they spent 2 million dollars on a badly needed massive overhaul of the instrument Edited June 13, 2015 by Pes49
Lincoln
Guard Costume #2! https://twitter.com/phantomregiment/status/609527843802853376 I like that they are going retro with the guard costumes. I just hope those hats stay on the guards' heads with the first gust of wind.
Pes49
Lincoln, there is a recording on you tube of the symphony being played by the CC orchestra (not so good) but the organ sounds good Edited June 13, 2015 by Pes49

N.E. Brigand
For once it's an opportunity to exploit "the thunderous goo" to it's maximum potential. imagine the power of a 32 or 64 foot pedal stop blowing some hair back. If it's coming through a speaker, its power impresses me not in the least. Not that I disagree that they should select the best possible equipment they can afford, just that power in drum corps should not be something generated by turning a dial or moving a slider. Cappybara
Guard Costume #2! https://twitter.com/phantomregiment/status/609527843802853376 Absolutely love it! I always enjoy watching Cadets' and BD's guard but the Phantomettes are definitely my favorite.

Listen to Paul Jacobs playing the organ doing Bach's Sinfonia from the 29th Cantata. It is so incredibly registered that the sound is so balanced you don't realize how loud it gets at the end. https://youtu.be/_E7f00J0hDw?list=RD_E7f00J0hDw It would be so cool to hear PR play at the CC with this instrument while they are in California.
