xandandl
DCPers, always aware and vocal of how to run a corps, who is doing it right or not, and which way DCI is headed, have an apt opportunity. Based on this major move for the Green Machine, http://www.drumcorpsplanet.com/2015/07/cavaliers-begin-search-for-executive-director/ who do you nominate to take the reins? Lincoln
Does anyone know what Pat Seidling has been doing since he was with Phantom? I think he was doing something with BD but I'm not sure. I thought he did a great job with Phantom and would be a good fit for the Cavies organization. Edited July 7, 2015 by Lincoln
troon8
Whoever can simultaneously handle the finances well, hire and manage the best artistic and administrative staff they can get, and keep the corps in line with their mission statement. Easy, right? (Oh, and trick Micheal Gaines into entering a lifetime contract.)
littlejaw
What if it was Michael Gaines? Finally comes back and stops focusing on Aimachi and works with the Cavaliers indoor groups and the Cavaliers. Now before you say they are just the executive director and not staff or whatever, there was a fairly large precedent of that set by Jeff Fiedler. So one can dream right?

Mikey Schmidt - They'd hit more high notes than any corps in the history of high notes - and they'd be well moisturized.
