DCI Minnesota - 7/11

I thought Madison's drill demand and execution was impressive, and their brass and percussion were very strong. BAC looked visually very dirty with sketchy alignment and lots of phasing flaws. Quite a contrast for me.

Boston is having a better season than last with an improved vehicle for success. Drill is a bit disjointed and quite dirty but that's a good thing with four full weeks remaining. They may want to restate the guard a bit to better incorporate them into the program, a bit off on their own too often. I bet this corps will improved dramatically in the next month.

Why is the Blue Stars hornline so weak? They're half the volume of the Scouts.

Often asking myself the same questions, sadly.

Kudos to the male guard member doing a split. My boys wouldn't be happy if I did that.

Yeah, the sound is rather anemic tonight. Hopefully they can let them blow by finals.
