With the amazing shows the top five have produced this year, is this the year we finally see the top 5 over 96? How about the top four corps over 97? That has never happened either. It's only numbers, sooner or later you run out...lol I guess you could have 4 corps with 97 or higher. But we've seen a concerted effort to keep scores reasonably low at major shows this year, so I would be very surprised if that happened. This is maybe the strongest Top 5 I've ever seen live. The 3rd and 4th place corps might only end up in the 95 range this year. Same with 5th place. Just depends on how scores progress, but they have been low. It's going to take a corps to have a major run 6-8 year run like BD is currently on to break it. I think we will see another 99 in the future. That year was interesting too cause that's also the year we came the closest to seeing three corps go over 98.
