gino goes back to reading, bobby goes to cadets (and c2?) .

The Cadets Welcome Bobby Jones

George Hopkins announced that Bobby Jones will be joining The Cadets as the visual designer. Bobby is currently the visual designer and programmer for the Reading Buccaneers where he has been involved most every year since 2005. He has previously served as the visual designer and Caption Head for the 2006 Crossmen and the 2007 Hawthorne Caballeros. When Bobby is not designing or teaching, he works as a freelance adjudicator and adjudicates scholastic percussion programs for several indoor and outdoor circuits across the country. He lives in New York with his wife, Amy, and their puppy, Myron.

Looking to hear that definitively.

Another plus for Bobby Jones is that he's not a young former Cadet who will have problems asserting himself to Hopkins or even Aungst and color guarders.

Probably a good thing, given the stories about show design, staff relations, etc. recently.

Debriefed the boy following camp (over pie from nearby Terhune Orchards), but the only news I have to report is merely confirmation that he will be marching with Cadets again in 2017.

And "O Tannenbaum" sounded purdy.

So Crown gets Sacktig and Cadets get Crown-like silence? Hmmm.

I think all 3 major Eastern corps will have phenomenal music lines, pleasing drill, and great shows for us to enjoy.

el hop-ster posted a lot -- just no one here reposting it...

for that matter, not much from other corps either. surprised to see so little from BAC after all the off-season acquisitions.
