NakedEye Posted July 22, 2018 Share Posted July 22, 2018 Cadets, a couple things: At this point in the season, I still don’t really get a clear distinction between the “discord” and “unity” parts of the show. Some of this may because the guard doesn’t seem to ever change expression. No matter what the music is doing, they appear to have either Super Smile Face or Delighted Surprise Face. Certainly early on there should be more...angst?? They are leaving effect on the table by not maximizing the Z pull. It is the one move largely guaranteed a huge ovation, so don’t rush into it from something.
