N.E. Brigand Posted August 3, 2018 Share Posted August 3, 2018 Last year at DCA Finals, there were a number of local Rochester folks, only vaguely familiar with drum corps, who came to see the show. When it started to rain (not storm) just before White Sabers' performance, i.e., about two-thirds of the way through the evening, the couple sitting next to me said, "What happens now?
