I don't know a drum line Howard. I am referring to Howard Weinstein. He started with the corps in the fall of '98 for the 1999 season.

i'm getting old so his name might not be Howard. :lol:

But there was someone back in 88 who worked with the DL. Paul Pitts was still the lead but this guy consulted etc. I believe the following years after that they played jungle love. I was long gone playing US marine by that time so I am not sure on the specifics.

You might be referring to Al Murray. I was always a big fan of his.

I was thinking Al as well.  He first came around the year Finals was in KC.  I don't know for sure when he wasn't there anymore but i think he was there through 89.

I was not in battery but in hornline...but I seem to recall him being around in 1990...but I could be wrong...

You are correct about 1990. Possibly 91 as well. I believe he returned for a brief stint in the very late 90's.
