Instrument expense won't be that great - you can get a clarinet for $80 and a Saxophone for $229 on Amazon. They might not make it past one performance though. I remember the RAMD arguments that DCI was hitting panic mode and thinking DC had to be more like MB to keep kids interest and survive.
