But now, here is the touchy question: How many non-G7 corps have to beat G7 corps and for how many years for that whole "elite" thing is finally abandoned? Boston in 2012 was not enough. Nine White Russians Posted June 24, 2013 Share Posted June 24, 2013 Prior to the little tag at the end is what I mean. And the whole 2-4 beat unison note at the end is the same as the last 4 seasons. Coming out of "Never Walk", it just seems a bit forced to me. Only my opinion. Yeah, I see what you mean...I guess we'll see. For me (and I'm only basing it off of the youtube video) it works. madalumni Posted June 24, 2013 Share Posted June 24, 2013 (edited) Just watched a couple of the youtube videos...Madison has a very exciting and emotional show with a lot going on! Only a few days and I will be viewing them live! I will also have the awesome privilege (along with 40 or so fellow alums) to perform 2 classic Scout songs in a standstill concert with them after the Drums on Parade competition this coming Saturday night!!! 2nd line G Posted June 25, 2013 Share Posted June 25, 2013 I saw the show in Belvidere on Friday. I think its the best Scouts show since 05. The ending live was very exciting, and I'm sure it will only get better when they change it. I also love the fact that they didn't mic the soloists.
