Lincoln
Have to say Phantoms changes are not what I was expecting. Losing the guard caption head and Jamey Thompson were HUGE losses. I wish them the best of luck. I wish some people who run businesses and non-profits would read "American Icon" which is about how Alan Mullaly turned Ford around. It's a really great read. chaos001
I don't know why on Regiment's site it says "Staff". "Josh Scott's friends" would suffice. Someone has to be able to put up with him. Nothing says Phantom Regiment like Texas BOA.
Lincoln
But always a carousel of people in and out of the Regiment design house...save one. Doesn't continual staff turnover have some sort of a financial impact?
HornTeacher
Doesn't continual staff turnover have some sort of a financial impact? I suppose that would be entirely dependant upon the financial arrangements/differences which are reached between any new staff, and what existed with the position-relative old staff. In other words, if you had someone who you considered a "grade B" individual currently in a position, and your found out that you could acquire someone considered a "Grade A" individual throughout the Drum Corps world, and at the very same price...how would YOU proceed? kdaddy
Can someone please point out where it's confirmed that JT is no longer with Phantom? Edit: Sorry - some things just don't appear on the front of their website. So Jeremy Hunt is replacing JT? http://www.regiment.org/story.cfm?ID=1415 Yeah, I saw the posts on facebook earlier today - the posts were essentially links to the staff bios of four new staff members. They haven't updated the staff list page. And they've since removed the facebook posts. Pretty awesome PR by PR.

Removal of the fb post sends a red flag. Either they want to do it more properly, or perhaps they counted their chickens before they hatched?
