Madcityscout
Madison thread is away quiet for such a nice show that the scouts have put on the field this year. Must be quiet if you can't criticize?
SFZFAN
I love the uniform change - that's something.
DrumManTx
Visual package is fun this year, some cool stuff in there. Particularly the last part of the intro and leading into the drum feature towards the back half of the show where the horn block ripples in and out of itself into two lines. Cool stuff.
Madcityscout
Yes, that is nice! I love the uniform as well!
Cop
Drums are fantastic and Scouts didn't have a drum judge last night.. I think a percussion judge will be a boost for the men. Guard is well on it's way.. They are much improved...
Nine White Russians
I really dig the show. I think it has a nice overall feel, some great musical impact moments (I do hope they add more in, especially in the opener and closer), much improved Guard and visual program. There is something kind of weak in parts of the opener - like the "gotta dance" voice-over....I get what they're trying to say, but it's cheesy right now the way it is. "Moses Supposes" is also too "happy-go-lucky" for my taste....they play it well, I've just never been a fan of that type of music....maybe they could replace it with something like the theme from "Shaft"! I'm also hoping for something that was mentioned here last week.....a rotating company front!
Cop
Show is not done.. lots of layers to come... and changes of course.. I guess this is true for all corps.. But I can confirm MS.
MikeN
Since seeing the show twice last week (on video, admittedly), I've been holding my breath, waiting for the part where they start to stall as other corps jump in, clean, etc. Nice to see that hasn't happened, and Madison is chugging along nicely. I'm happy to see that this show has some legs to it! Mike

Mike That's what you get with the retention of staff and members from last year, and the very nice changes in design and instruction, plus a lot of talented gentlemen auditioning. They're fun!
