FaustianMachine
This was featured in the trailer for the new Power Rangers movie, sounds like it could be a cool ballad, with the first verse as a pre-show voice over? https://www.youtube.com/shared?ci=06uQWWdWszQ I also think Colors would be pretty cool to hear on the field.
DrumManTx
I know a ton of people would hate this kind of stuff, but I'd love to hear Bluecoats use more Steve Reich. NOT ALONE for this one, something layered on top of the tone and soundscapes of this would be really cool I think.

I'm onboard.
DrumManTx
Would this music work well in short doses, or does it require length for effect? On its own DEFINITELY in length which is why I wouldn't just use it by itself ever in this idiom. The music is basically a bunch of repeated sets that gradually evolves. What I would do would be take a set or section that I like the mood or tone (I quite like how it starts), and use that set and it's evolutions before it really changes noticeably around 10 minutes or so and use that to layer another piece with more melodic content over it. Bluecoats did something similar with some of his work meshed with Shaker Loops in 2015 right before the ballad (2 or so minutes) which is some of my absolute favorite minutes of drum corps. ohwiseone
I think someone could do some pieces from the movie 'La La Land' Such as this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c7MglDzGIWY ( A lovely night, mostly the back half of it) or this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HSg3tBzAVFk (The Epilogue, which I think would translate wonderfully) It's mostly jazz, so my mind always goes to "What Corps could do this well"
