DrumManTx
So the sound did NOT suck in some theaters? I thought maybe it was a problem at the source. But if it was good in some theaters, now I have to think twice about where to go for prelims. Bummer because this theater has been good in the past. IT WAS TERRIBLE in mine. Absolutely AWFUL.
BlueStainGlass
The three of us said we will never go to the specific theater to watch again and seeing others have some good and others have some bad shows it was partially a theater thing. Did anyone have a surround sound it theirs?

littlejaw
My theater was great. The only poor audio came from Boston's performance, the synth and vibes were over-cranked most of the show. Delucia said it was bad in the stadium, so I assume corps problem. But nothing that won't get fixed by finals night.
skevinp
I do think the capture had to be partly to blame because the blue devils and the clips from prior shows sounded considerably better. Still not great though. . Edited June 24, 2016 by skevinp
eightyonepointthree
IT WAS TERRIBLE in mine. Absolutely AWFUL. Our sound was decent when they showed clips from 2015. The actual LIVE audio was awful. Every big impact from percussion "fuzzed out" the mics. It sounded like the center mic was bad or the sensitivity was set WAY too high. BlueStainGlass
We had it in mine! The speakers in my house sound better. Confirms I will never go back.
MikeRapp
Audio in Franklin, TN was abysmal. Half as loud as it should have been. Was like watching television.

THeShadeOfNight
Seeing lots of audio issues in here as well. Did anyone hear a small "clack" noise like a slapstick going off during loud parts? Assumed it was mic clipping but didn't know if it was our theater or everyone.
