There has been more than enough time to have the bus fixed or a new one if leased brought to them. Or, cant they pack the 3rd bus into the other 2. We did this all the time when our busses broke down. strange since the cadets were to go on first....or maybe that's the issue In 1979, one of our busses crashed into a NJ turnpike stall we spent the next 2-3 weeks crammed into two busses. (For example, BK played last night, BS tonight, etc.) One group outside the top 8 doesn't perform at one TOC event, adding in another finalist/semifinalist (I believe Troopers did it last year). Close but not quite, or maybe I should say: it all depends on what "top 8" means. If, for instance, the selection were based on the previous year's top eight, then Madison Scouts would be a regular member of this year's TOC and Cavaliers would not. The TOC series has a great rotation of performance order, sometimes draws by lot, sometimes horse-swaps due to driving distances to/from other obligations/housing, etc. It has greatly varied although BD seems always to draw spot 1 for Dekalb.
