I only have knowledge of a few corps' shows this year, and that remains to be seen. We'll all find out what the shows are pretty soon. That should give you " a clue" on perhaps a Cadets redo of a former show theme this season from the Cadets. 1983 was the Cadets 1st DCI winning title season, and they did it musically that season with some music compositions from New York's own Leonard Bernstein. The " clues " are there with the already public announcement that the show will have " benches " ( or pews ) and " a Choir "... and " Psalms ", etc in this season's Cadets show, and the previously announced collaborative biz now with the Cadets and the NY Phil ( where Lenny B. was a long time NYC fixture there for decades ). I'm just guessin' here of course, but that's what my antenna is picking up from over in Allentown these days anyway. I could be way off on this guess too, of course, who knows. But is it possible (probability is something other) that first Indy, Massillon and or California be cancelled because rights haven't come through. (That almost no corps has announced has me thinking DCI is involved in rights question right now.) P.S. What's with the logo with this thread? Where did that come from?
