I remember the monsoon of 2015 very well trying to find parking and walking through the torrential downpour to get to the auditorium. FLBuzcut Posted June 30, 2017 Share Posted June 30, 2017 Luckily in 2015 I got word that the show had moved indoors at about 3:30 that afternoon, so I turned around and went back home. For me, it's not worth a 2.5 hour drive for a stand-still. If anyone gets word that the competition is cancelled, please post. Thanks. KVG_DC Posted June 30, 2017 Share Posted June 30, 2017 I grew up (and am visiting family right now) about 1 1/2 hours north of Muncie. I'm also a Ball State graduate. As a general rule, if it's raining, snowing, or sleeting anywhere in the state, Muncie is included. KVG_DC Posted June 30, 2017 Share Posted June 30, 2017 I would imagine that unless there's something going on on Emens Auditorium, they'll do an indoor standstill and then run the stream to variously overflow locations.
