Wireless mics don't run on frequencies that high. There are things that can interfere with wireless mics, but wi-fi isn't one of them. Wi-fi, of course, having it's own problems... Wireless mics have been using 2.4GHz frequency for at least a couple years. It was thought to be less crowded than UHF, but WiFi commonly uses the same frequency.
