Dean Westman has been on the creative staff of several corps (Troopers, Cadets) before moving to Bloo. But what is it at Bluecoats that have allowed his ideas to grow so amazingly?  (Whatever you think it is, keep it up. The last few years have been outstanding.)

I think the design team starts 2019 in about 1 week.
