E3D
remember when ????? back when???? here on the DCP peeps would get all bent out of shape when someone talked bad about the candy slinging alleged perv. Just go back in the time machine of the interwebs and check out a few jewels on company reviews. ALL of this was right there and NO one gave a rats @@@ or were out of F-cks to give. All because in my opinion it was a-ok so long as Cadets were on top "winning". Dude was a freaking monster and everyone just walked all around it. I can say without a doubt - I would never let that clown treat me that way. Here are a few quotes from glassdoor that was dismissed as "just angry ex employees" nothing to see here move along. "Sexual innuendo and outright assessment of my female coworkers both in the room and after they left were not uncommon. Blatant lies and discussion of their private lives were not uncommon in supposedly professional settings" "- The CEO quite often bangs his fists on his desk like a child. - The office has a culture known for blaming others, which creates a culture where very few employees are willing to help fellow employees when needed. - The CEO quite often lies to the employees and asks the management team to uphold his lies for him. - The CEO is extremely unprofessional. I once walked into his office and he was watching porn, and he did not shut it off when I tried speaking with him." "Oh and lastly, the CEO tells others he cant pay them a decent living wage until they start bringing in money while he supplements his own standard of living with unrestricted access to company funds as part of his contract" "You learn what an incompetent, arrogant, self centered, egotistical, strung out CEO looks and acts like. If you date him you'll get a job, and so will your dad. The feeling of quitting something so toxic is a euphoric rush like you won't believe." "The office has a culture that is so toxic I have never personally witnessed or heard of one remotely as bad in my professional career. That culture is due directly to the CEO and their daily actions. The Board of Directors have been given first-hand reports of conditions from employees and have chosen to ignore the recommendations regarding the Chief Executive Officer for years. Former employees have been subject to a variety of retribution, one being profiled at length, by name, in a youtube video that was distributed to thousands of industry professionals which contained factual inaccuracies about the former employee's performance." "So, you ALL work weekends and nights, slinging bags of candy at band shows."

Nearly every one of those reviews are bad to horrific, and one that isn't...well... it looks like it might have been written by the person at whom the bad reviews are aimed. LOL. Oh and it’s been discussed before. With a yes man board nothing would change until something big, like what happened 9 months ago, came to light. Short of that, anything can happen. Edited January 3, 2019 by Fran Haring

He’d even tell alumni in person. I think they were afraid of the after effects. As it turns out, they had nothing to worry about at that end. Scott Litzenberg and the new board picked up the ball and ran. Didn’t miss a step.

However in this case, well turns out it wasn't, but that was known by many, but anyone that spoke up about it got attacked by the borg
