So, I wonder if the even recent revenue-generation from USBands into YEA! was severely jolted by the Hop-gate and hasn't recovered. Maybe the writing is on the wall that USBands is NoT YEA!'s biggest revenue generator. What I'm as much interested in is this notion that Cadets' recruitment was impacted by YEA!'s hosting of the circuit. I know that in the last 2 years, new circuits appeared in Virginia Beach and Maryland thats membership was primarily made up of bands that had been USBands mainstays. The MD one as started by someone that was supposed to be on the USBands advisory board when everything was reorganized in 2018 after the #### hit the fan. It looks like a prudent economically designed tour with a break around the 4th of July for revenue opportunities.

Or “maybe” they can lop a couple hundred K off the tour expense while giving the members an improved experience due to higher quality instruction, less road hours and more rehearsal time with these top notch techs and instructors they’ve brought on board I am very comfortable with this approach - and I believe we will see the corps return to the top pack in 2020 Edited November 21, 2019 by George Dixon 4 2

A strong financial organization, great instructors, great mm talent, and extra time off is a winning combination.
