Omg… could u imagine it being a life long dream to March the Cadets and then they hand you this. Yikes!

I feel worse for the kids that fell in love with the great 2011 Angels & Demons show and then marched in 2012 playing Christmas music.

Not a fan of gym wear, put them back in the street uniform at least that has a classic look.  Had high hopes that this year would break from the past and at least get uniform/costume on the same page as every other corp.

I'm not going to pretend I like this "uniform," because I absolutely do not. However, I just heard a clip from the opener of their show tonight, and I'm IN LOVE with it!

VERY understandable! FYI...they were designed by the same person who designed Bluecoats "uniform". I just hope you get the chance to "hear" and see them them live. You WILL be excited. That first hit give me chills during the community  performance.

The Cadets traditional uniform is THE BEST uniform of all time.  Part of the beauty of it, for me, was seeing them march onto the field in a block in that uniform, and then watching them go absolutely crazy with drill that you would swear was not even possible.

That being said, this year’s uniform seems appropriate, and I actually liked it a lot as soon as I saw it!  If you are going to change, there’s no sense in being conservative about it.  And there’s a leg stripe!!

Whaaaaaaa. That Christmas show was awesome

My dad and I went to Nightbeat that year and I remember a standing ovation on more than one occasion...
