crown's brass still smooth as butter in the ballad and the other quiet moment later in the show.  that kind of balance, tone, and consistency of phrasing is hard enough to achieve sitting down in a concert hall. it sounds like a fully produced classical record. marvelous and more difficult than i can say to achieve.  a musician's dream.  

i feel like they played the run-heavy and double/triple tongue parts more cleanly tonight too. 

enjoying the integration between percussion and hornline, too.   it's coming together.  still want to see the real ending, lol.

I don’t think volume has anything to do with it. They sound symphonic.
