Battle At The Alamo(dome) - July 22,2023

Recommended Posts

I think Mandarins and PR eat Cadets lunch in terms of conceptualization/visual design.  I like it a lot as a show I’ll listen to in the car but not a lot there to really dig into compared to the corps that are likely in their competitive neighborhood.  They way more than have the talent.

Just noticed that Garfield G drill near the end of the show. Goosebumps.

Ok I'm noticing there's not a hint of green out there as they start (aside from the field)   And knowing where this show, I'm like...lol

It would be nice if the Cadets returned to their old uniforms. The new ones are incredibly ugly

Dang CADETS!!! That was one heck of a performance. Brass and percussion continue to be top notch, and the guard is really doing an outstanding job. This show just gets stronger and stronger. Just for the music book alone I absolutely LOVE this show. That closer...when that cleans and they can boost the tempo just one more notch we are talking sheer excitement. Tonight's performance order may hurt, but keep pushing Cadets. Still plenty to clean in the visual book for sure.
