Not sure if Academy is a younger group, maybe just less experienced but the brass playing is safe, not well balanced at times, intonation issues pop up a lot, and they have control issues. That is common with younger lines. I do like the show too. Too much stuff on the field for me and I wanted more clarity in drill. Musically I enjoy the selections.
