Mello Dude
Funny fact, more vinyl sold last year than CD's. 1
Terri Schehr
It’s too bad I got rid of all of my vinyl when we moved. I had hundreds of albums.
greg_orangecounty
I knew if I kept it long enough it would come back in style. I have a vinyl record of DCI Finals 1974 with Kingsmen, Blue Stars, & Muchachos. It's a bit scratchy, but still fun to listen to especially if I've been drinking and feeling nostalgic.
OldSnareDrummer
In the basement is a full box of drum corps vinyl aging back as far as 1970 World Open, '71 Midwest Combine and VFW Nats, DCI full sets from 72-80. It's true, everything old is new again. Can't wait for the return of the Leisure Suit. I'll be ready for that one too. 1
kevingamin
What's amazing is that marching in Bloo Alumni finally got me into Bluecoats and finally got me on vinyl since they stopped making records by 1992. It's like I've gone back in time.

I had all three discs from ‘74 but they are long gone, as is my tower of analog phonographic equipment. Man, that was a sweet system.

Two wives tried to make me get rid of it (speakers are 5' tall) along with my records, but I held out. They know now, but our grandkids used to ask "what's that crackling sound for"?

A nickel or two taped to the top of the stylus should help with the crackling. But you know that!
