Are you looking for audio files or video files?

If video, I got cadets 05, cavaliers 02, 04, scv 89.

If audio, i got Phantom 96, Scouts 95, 96, BD 86, 98, 01, 03, Cavaliers 00, 95

In addition to those shows in audio, I have Phantom Regiment's Amazing Grace from ornaments in brass and When A Man Loves A Woman (studio recording I believe) by BD

PM if you want

google video, youtube, and any kind of download program, like limewire, etc...

Let me make a legal suggestion. Join SeasonPass.dci.org. You'll be able to stream every show at good quality, for the history of all DCI finalists. That's the way to go.

Good morning and welcome to drum corps!

Everyone's going to have their favorites. But my favorite year top to bottom (and the year with the most corps voted into the Classic Countdown) is 1980. One might call it the "Golden Year" - everyone was really good. The music was entertaining. And you can hear/see key signature tunes/moves - catch the 'identity' of various corps. Plus you can pick up on classic corps from the past: 27th Lancers, Bridgemen, and North Stars come to mind.

You'd see the zaniness of Bridgemen.

The "Rockford File" (Phantom Regiment guard on the 50 doing incredible tosses)

27th playing "Danny Boy"

Santa Clara performing what was dubbed first asymmetrical drill.

Sheer power of Spirit playing "Let It Be Me"

That unbelievable sop soloist in North Star.

The Cavalier's hornline stepping over the guard.

Anyway...have fun and let us know your thoughts!

MAV the Helpful :)

Ok here is my "list"

Regiment: 78, 82, 84, 87, 89, 91, 93, 94, 95 , 96, 03, 06

Cadets: 82, 83, 84, 85, 87 (especially 87), 89, 92

BD: 82, 84, 86, 88, 90, 92, 94, 95, 97

SCV: 83, 85, 87, 88, 91, 94, 99

Scouts: 75, 88, 95, 96

Cavies: 85, 86, 90, 91, 92, 95

Star of Indiana: 85-93 (I would say skip 87, but its good for a few laughs)

27th Lancers: 75, 79, 80, 81

Spirit of Atlanta: 79, 80, 86

Crossmen: 82, 91, 92

Boston Crusaders: 00, 05

That seems like a good start.

By no means a complete list.

Any top 12 from 82 to 92....GREAT 10n years for corps!

I'm partial to 84 myself.... :P

Ditto!! And by the way, 84 Blue Devils is usually the first thing I'll play when introducing someone to Drum Corps, good Lord that Corps could play!! Hands down the most intense version of "La Fiesta" ever put on a football field! I'll usually follow that up with a little 82 or 95 Madison, 89 or 03 Phantom, 74 or 85 Hawthorne (Muchachos and Cabs), 04 Cavies, 04 SCV, 84 Cadets and finish off with 2000 Blue Devils, my second favorite Devils show. If at that point they haven't run into the next room screaming or punched me in the face we just might slip in some 77 Bridgemen or 92 VK just for fun!!
