mboogey73 Posted July 20, 2014 Share Posted July 20, 2014 I've said this before, but I can't overstate how awful I think Crown's snares are tuned. No body, all boxy, no resonance. However, we've been living in a sort-of wild west in the world wide web age, with no limits on bandwidth and stuck like you have with cell phone data plans. That will be changing in the near(ish) future, I bet. Cable companies have been throttling data the last few years, and with the US government eliminating net neutrality, this will only get worse for smaller companies that won't be able to afford to pay for the "faster" internet routes And how smaller companies will have to pay more for faster pipes, so will we. In fact, I believe we already do that. I'm with Comcast and I pay for the "Blast" level service which I believe is 50mbits down (up is undisclosed). I'm wondering how many others on here pay for the same level service or if they go the cheaper route for slower down speeds. So far, and I mainly watch High Cam almost exclusively, the stream has been flawless. I had but one or two hiccups when I tried the HD MC stream but otherwise, it was fine.
