B-Flat
The crowds response has been tepid since Crown left the field. I wonder which group will bring them back to life?
ChuckH
Exactly how does one judge hornline members flopping all over the field? Well, if they manage to draw a foul... Oh, wait, I'm thinking of the wrong sport.
Pit Dad
Nothing from the crowd at all. I don't think they know what they are watching either.
Tenoris4Jazz
I guess I should get high to watch BK... because it's just not something I can get into sober.
Clutchtow
mmmm that soloists tone quality is awesome, don't know about the cutting in and out, but i love that touch of edge
Ghost
I feel like the more Cadets tinker with this show, the more they send the message to the judges that they have no plan for what they want it to be. Huge sections are uprooted again and the message of it has gone through so many reinventions. Now the outcome is totally different? They all want to be naked humans? The old ending had an issue with stopping too abruptly, so you didn't know it was over, but the part where it accelerated rapidly, with the guard swirling around Lil' Cake was quite exciting. Now that has all been wiped out for a faux battle and slowly ending on one knee like 2011? A little panic time in A-Town?
DrumManTx
Nothing from the crowd at all. I don't think they know what they are watching either. Was like that live too, talked to a big group after the show and that was the consensus.
jjeffeory
Not everyone tracks every single corps on social media I wonder how many do track every corps on social media... I didn't know about SCV until I went checking and, yes, they did. No harm in hyping them; they're living up to most of the hype so far this season unlike some other corps. KVG_DC
Last years show worked much better for me. But I really do like the percussion writing style they've got going on. It's subtle but very technical and adds to the sound of the show in a rally nice way.
