goodmello Posted July 2, 2017 Share Posted July 2, 2017 The show is hard, I'm not denying that... but here are a few of my problems. The opener is way too slow, and everything sounds wayyy too pithcy with the brass facing back field. It just seems to drag.. The same thing can be said for the Carmen part. It just drags on and on for me. I also feel like the color guard adds soooo little to the show besides being whimsical... I get that that's kind of Academy's thing now, but the CG didn't catch my eye for spinning until the closer. However, still a good show and a great group of performers. I wound personally like if their own line could "SEE" the 22 sexy rabbits out on the field next to them.. They don't make any eye contact or acknowledge "Look a rabbit and we are hunting/love them".
