Well there is still full staff collaboration to contribute to designing a show, and are sufficiently skilled to maximize performance of all mm’s. And there is no management hindrance (interference), which enables the staff to bring performances to their peak.  The building of the corps over the last few years has been to improve all captions,  so no one area can hold the corps back.  Last year BAC was strong in all captions and it is reasonable to expect the same this year. They’ve had good recruiting, good winter camps and are about to go to ST with a strong talented corps and have addressed program elements to enable them a great opportunity this year.  We will soon see.

& in keeping with the 19th-century aspect of recent choices: just imagine what they could do with, say, War of the Worlds.

The 2023 BAC show trailer was filmed by the media team on the Waterfront in Rockport, Massachusetts...and yes, they hired a professional actor for the shoot.  Well done, Boston.

I am excited to see what Boston puts on this year! The show theme looks great and the music sounds awesome. I am sure they will have an amazing season and I expect that they will be top 3 again, and most likely win! I am a hardcore Crownie, but I have always been a close supporter of Boston as well! What Boston has done over the last couple of years is amazing! Looking forward to another amazing season!

I think the video was good, I wish they would have used a marching member for the narrator though.  Could have been a neat experience for one of those kids while opening up the opportunity of using the same voice during the show if that’s something they are going to do.

Good thought, but the actor brought more of a sea captain who hunts whales vibe to the video.

I just like the idea of providing more opportunities to young people in a youth activity.

Hope we will see this historically accurate aged male on the field this summer. Maybe even hunting a whale. (Obviously Sarcastic).
