mingusmonk Posted December 4, 2015 Share Posted December 4, 2015 Reality non-scripted TV, even docu-series all have elements that are staged and "producer-based." It will be interesting to see what the mix of reality vs staged in this series. And hopefully there will be minimal accusations of competitive outcomes being influenced based on production desires. barigirl78 Posted December 4, 2015 Share Posted December 4, 2015 I have thought about this idea a lot. Wouldn't they already be filming since we are in audition season and show development season? For dramatic effect, it would be best for them to focus on a few individuals that stick out rather than try to get every member and staff on screen. An inside look on the how the staff reacts during a season and decides to make changes as well as how the corps reacts would be cool. I just hope there is enough drama to the competition. We all have seen seasons where there isn't too much drama about who is going to win. The fight for 13th often is more dramatic than the fight for 1st. IMO.
