KeithHall
Just some of the personalities in the group that I know will blow the "judges" away! My guess is that David, Joey and others know what they need to do to make this musical group successful on TV. Uniforms/stage clothes will be there. I have seen some God-awful acts go somewhat far in this (AGT) competition so hopefully America will see this musical group as something great. Now lets go a bit further....if they win the whole thing....what happens to the corps season for everyone? They have to go to Vegas to perform. Then if they are well liked they could get signed for several years. I hope EDGE goes all the way and I will highly support them. Many I have known for a while and I want them to succeed. WE should all want them to succeed. The naysayers? Well, since this is a "family" group I won't say what I want to say.
xtreme0204
Also, as big of a Howard Stern fan as I am....he's not gonna dig em. Haha, I thought the same thing! I hope that I'm wrong though. I think anything that may open the eyes of viewers in any direction towards real LIVE music is a good thing.
MikeM
Anywhere you can perform is a stage, including a football field. All the world's indeed a stage, And we are merely players, Performers and portrayers, <$1 to Messrs. Lifeson, Lee, and Peart, look it up if you don't know> I hope this works, and I'll watch and vote. To the naysayers, why don't you give it a shot before you blast it? Or are you all of the "If it isn't DCI, it doesn't exist" mentality? And people wonder why Drum Corps is constantly infighting.

Fran Haring
the whole world is a stage. Yes... except for that one neighborhood in Cleveland. It's a long story.
Fran Haring
That is my take on it too. And...it doesn't matter. If they do a great job, and are highly entertaining they may move to the next round. If not...they won't. To those outside of 'us'...they are just a group of kick-butt instrumental and visual performers trying to entertain the audience and judges, which is just fine. IMO, anyway.
