ShouldveMarchedAgeOut
1ST - BLUECOATS Expecting the NOs and the IT WILL NEVER HAPPENs from all sorts of the same people that said they wouldn't medal this week and said they wouldn't move up to 2nd in finals week last year. If they can present another show that's just as fresh..................this could be their's. Writing was on the wall tonight. All sections are there. Visual is NO LONGER a weakness. 1st in content from both GE 2 judges. They did what everyone said they wouldn't do. They followed up Tilt with something just as competitive and just as well performed. Congratulations, keep it going next year. Won't get a NO from me. They proved some serious stuff tonight. They're here to stay. Keep it up and Gold will definitely come soon.

BRASSO
I'm going to go a little crazy here. wait for it....... 4. Blue Devils 5. Blue Knights 6. Cadets I'll say... haha!... the last time BD and Cadets failed to medal ( both together ) in the same year was 1991... 25 years go come August of 2016. Cadets have finished as low as 6th only once in 35 years ( 1991) Edited August 9, 2015 by BRASSO

BoyWonder1911
I'm predicting that next season will be even closer among the top 5. I'm just not sure what the Blue Knights are going to do with this...the last time they got 6th, they plummeted themselves right out of Finals. I'm not expecting that this time around, but it really seems like they found some kind of niche to work with...barring a ton of age-outs and transfers, and given they keep their design staff, I would expect them to continue to push for a higher standard. I'm not counting 5th place out of the question. In fact, I'm pretty much saying right now they will stay above Phantom and the Cavs. What do the Cavaliers do after such a dismal season?? Their design staff clearly missed the mark this summer. The idea was ok, the realization of it was very much lacking. Are they going to be able to retain a lot of members? Given their stellar history, one would think they are still a magnet for top level marchers. I would never think the Cavaliers would fall so low. I'm kinda worried. The past 3 seasons they've been looking for that new identity, after losing Gaines. (I don't remember when he left). Hopefully this was just an "oops" and they will be right back on track next year. I keep predicting every year that Academy will finally make Finals. I'm not sure I'm going to stay on that road though. Colts are for real, and I felt they should have been in there last night. I think they judges will finally tire of Blue Devils' esoteric and abstruse visual programs. And no, that wasn't an insult, btw. They won this year by being #### good at what they do. Bluecoats have shown that the future can indeed include heavy use of electronics. Crown has shown that good ol' fashioned traditional shows can still have success. Cadets have shown that if you're looking for a medal, you'd better be #### sure your show makes sense. Too many unknowns! Will have to wait to see how it all starts to unfold next year. 10.5 months is too long to wait. I'll stab at it. 1) Cadets 2) Blue Devils 3) Santa Clara Vanguard 4) Crown 5) Blue Knights 6) Bluecoats 7) Scouts 8) Cavs 9) Phantom 10) Blue Stars 11) Colts 12) Boston
