DrumManTx
Looks like Colts lose Sylvester, Naffier and Buckingham. Big changes there. OUCH. Their shows the past 3 years have really put them on a good track, like them or not. Buckingham made huge strides with the brass, ESPECIALLY this year. Visual design was KILLER (watch their show on a high cam, it's non stop and HARD, and performed well). Hope they can replace them...........those are some big names they lost. DrumManTx
After 18 years as program coordinator Scott Koter retires from the Cavaliers. Per twitter and Cavaliers.org Ouch........gave us some amazing shows. However, I think a new direction could really help them out. We'll see. ShutUpAndPlayYerGuitar
Bummer about Naffier. I love his meaty arrangements. I thought they could have passed Troopers and X-men with a simpler, more strategically designed show. The story that framed the show was awful. Regardless, Colts are a great organization. I'm optimistic they'll find good replacements.

In all honesty if this announcement had been made circa. 2011 I would have been freaking out. But given the results of the last few years, I'm excited for what a change may bring the organization.
camel lips
After 18 years as program coordinator Scott Koter retires from the Cavaliers. Per twitter and Cavaliers.org I read that as well. Still scratching my head to what actually happened with the Cavies. They were a power house to deal with. I bet they are thinking that G7 Idea was not such a great idea anymore. xandandl
I read that as well. Still scratching my head to what actually happened with the Cavies. They were a power house to deal with. I bet they are thinking that G7 Idea was not such a great idea anymore. Recall that several weeks back the Cavaliers advertised a job opening for a CEO. This was a new director's first year after following an admin team which was super experienced. A shift in the ways energies are applied often occurs. That a shift in program director happens should be seen in a larger picture. The "virus" which plagued them for almost a month should also be remembered.
