DrumManTx
For real, though, Phantom Regiment's "Ave Maria" ballad from 2006 gets me every time. One of the most pure things I have ever heard. Absolutely nothing but pure brass and the sound of flags spinning in the summer air.

ftwdrummer
The end of Crossmen 1992. But it only works in context of the entire rest of the show. Also, the pit break in Crossmen 1998. But that may just be because I was in pit in high school. Again, mostly based on context. The end of Cadets '87 seems like an obvious one. Also "I Have a Love" from Cadets '84 More recently: You probably won't be able to find video of it, because copyright issues, but the back third of Madison 2011 (possibly context needed, but don't necessarily need to watch the whole show; just explain that it's about 9/11). Bluecoats 2014 ballad, and BD 2014 ballad. Crown 2008 ballad "Never Walk" from Madison 2013, but, again, context context context.

Honestly, that whole show is amazing. I still can't believe they didn't win

BoyWonder1911
The ballad from Cadets 1998 Stonehenge show. What a beautiful moment for both brass and color guard. In fact, the whole show is great, one of my all time favorite shows.
DrumManTx
Sooooooooooo many!!! I'll give you beginning of 2003 Phantom Regiment for starters. In my opinion, the most beautiful beginning to a show ever! I never even watch the show anymore. I just listen to the APD. https://vid.me/5ZKu/2003-phantom-regiment-harmonic-journey I WAY prefer the second ballad from the same show, the Lords Prayer. That is my all time favorite ballad. https://youtu.be/SXSS80Nx0k8
