I'm sensing a trend here. If you're talking about Nick Angelis, he was put on leave at the University of Cincinnati last fall before their bowl game for unknown reasons, but he is currently on staff at UC, so it must not have been a big deal.

Look at the big picture, people were dismissed or not re-hired without being informed by management (Denise or Ron). The Board has their hands in this mess. This is a POOR reflection on the Cadets organization What finding out from your replacement isn’t professional? Say it is t so!

I have a boatload of respect for the former organization. The corps always comported themselves with grace, dignity, and respect for the competitive side of the activity….always a class act. Unfortunately, these tenets don’t matter as much now as they did then. Did Hopkinsgate change all of this or was it something else? For a while now The Cadets have had me sitting on the edge of my seat for the past 6 years in the worst possible way. And the past 4 have been real nail-biters in terms of if they’d even field a corps.

So, perhaps the major turn over at Cadets was more financially based than personality based or was it a combination of both?
