The CATCH is the folks running the place have to be hard working and honest. They don't even need to be experts. The woman that turned bingo around after the thefts was merely a volunteer (parent of marching member) and made Bingo a net $3.6M income stream. SCV was in a position for bingo alone to fund a World Class Corps and not charge the marching members a single penny. Bingo was run by volunteers up until she left in 2019. At the height of my time on the board of directors, SCV netted $900K more than the Blue Devils. ********** Anyway........... Hard to say how long it would take; depends on the honest and enthusiastic participation of the New, Transparent SCV management.
