Yes. This is actually BDs sixth time performing first. From 2012-2016 they performed first at the Rockford/Dekalb TOC, going 4-1. Only loss was in 2013 when Crown/Cadets tied for first.

Brass in general, really.

A Cartwright show works in marching band because of how huge the groups can get to be, but IMO it isn't nearly as effective in drum corps because of the member limit.
