Cappybara
BD got passed up by Cadets in 2011 and Crown in 2013 - and Crown has now passed them in 2015. Are they struggling too? Nothing is certain yet this year since it isn't over but I get your point!

Cadets' show is too good (and I'd like to shut up the people saying the uniform change will cost them the championship)

I love that they have given us this throwback to their run 'n' gun days of the 90s with a modern touch, and the music is just a joy to listen to; but such a demanding beast takes time to clean. Might be too much to ask. Then again, who knows. They were pretty clean last night and I thought they played the heck out of their music book (battery, pit, brass).

They have a VERY experienced corps. And that team knows how to clean. It's all down to whether the judges will recognize it or not. They'll be clean. Trust that! Channel3
This show has the gravitas to be a winner. What is the show concept?

The opener alone, if perfected by Finals night, would be the Ronda Rousey of DCI 2015.
chris ncsu
How about 2012? Got passed up by Regiment that year lol That happened in Minnesota lol. Past doesn't mean anything except experience and lessons learned. Cadets peaked at the right time in years like 92, 95, 01, 03, 05, 11, and probably even 86 and 88...but not so much in 96, 99, 02, 06, 09 (dang it if they wouldn't have topped Crown except for the snare fall), and 14. Soooo...I conclude nothing from this :) EXCEPT, this SHOW belongs in the former group, NOT the latter.
