kdaddy
It looks like a corps hasn't done this since the 1960s. Great tune with some great trombone parts.
Lance
amazing ,haunting piece of music that a corps MUST have done at some point, right?
Cadevilina Crown
I mentioned the composer once before on this thread, but here's another one by Oscar Navarro that would be a nice opener for Madison.

karuna
I'd like to hear Klesch/Crown take a stab at some Sara Bareilles.

["Amy's Theme" by David Shire from the soundtrack for The Conversation] Not according to Drum Corps X, although apparently three other Shire compositions have been used by corps: "Manhattan Skyline", "Salsation", and "With You I'm Born Again". Great film, by the way. And the whole plot turns on the pronunciation of one word. Francis Ford Coppola directed two different films that were nominated for best picture Oscar of 1974. The other (the winner) was The Godfather Part II. Also nominated that year: Chinatown, a theme from which was played this year by Pacific Crest.

Brian Tuma
I think this piece has BK written all over it. The Argentinian composer/guitarist Gustavo Santaolallo wrote some great film scores.
mfrontz
BK should do Arvo Pärt. That's all I have to say.
